SnapCount is intended to help users count photo activity across time ranges, review total snapshots, compare saved history logs, and visualize photo-taking patterns. The app is not a cloud photo service, photo backup product, editing tool, surveillance tool, or face recognition system.
No account required
Registration, login, account creation, user dashboards, and protected member areas are not required for normal app or website use.

The core principle is simple: SnapCount does not collect personal information when you download and use it. Any photo count results, selected ranges, saved logs, history entries, preferences, and app settings should remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise real-time location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from the mobile device.

Photo activity records
If the app stores photo count results, Today / 7 Days / 30 Days / Year values, custom date ranges, dashboard metrics, average-per-day values, peak activity days, active day counts, saved logs, history entries, sorting preferences, grouping preferences, date format settings, compact history preference, auto-save preference, or app settings, such information is treated as local app data on the user’s device unless stated otherwise.
Not a backup or surveillance tool
SnapCount is a personal photo activity statistics utility. It is not cloud photo storage, a photo backup service, a photo editing app, a social media analytics platform, a surveillance tool, a camera replacement, an AI face recognition tool, a gallery cleaner, photo recovery software, or professional archive management.
Data Retention
SnapCount is designed so that MATUSZAK does not retain personal information from normal app use. Local metrics and settings remain under the user’s control on the device.
No server-side personal data retention
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the Service Provider does not retain personal app usage data on its servers. Technical protocol data that may be transmitted while using an active internet connection is not retained or used for tracking. Local records created inside the app remain on the user’s device and are controlled by the user.
Messages you send us
If you contact MATUSZAK directly by email or a website contact channel, the information you voluntarily provide is used only to respond to your request and may be kept for reasonable communication, support, legal, or business record purposes.
Minimal exposure

Uninstalling the Application
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device and stops any normal use of the Application. This does not affect information you may have voluntarily sent to MATUSZAK outside the app; deletion requests for such information may be sent to support@matuszak.store.
